Sara Trosty Walsh, LCSW received her Masters of Social Work in 1992 from the University of Pennsylvania and has been working in various areas of Social Work since. Her experience is diverse, working at various facilities in all levels of care, mental health and substance abuse. For almost 10 years she has been at Alpert Jewish Family and Children’s Service working as a psychotherapist treating children, adolescents and adults.
Sara has been a guest speaker at various venues focusing on self-esteem and body image, parenting issues and mental health in children and adolescents. In February 2015 she was appointed the Program Director of the Rosenberg Domestic Abuse Program and is excited to be a support to the community. Her work with the Relationships and Decisions teen peer education program has been very rewarding and continues to inspire her to teach youth about bullying and dating abuse.
She lives in Jupiter with her 2 wonderful children Daniel and Molly as well as her beloved Great Dane Charlie.
